Frontline Sheet Metal is a leading sub contract manufacturer of sheet metal and precision machining in Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Mild Steel and Plastics.

Established in 1998 in a 1800sq ft unit on Woolsbridge Industrial Estate. However we soon outgrew the premises and moved to a 3500sq ft unit. Whilst there we were able to invest in an Amada 3mtr Brakepress and Laser Machine.

In 2006 we relocated to Ferndown Industrial Estate where we now have a 17000sq ft factory. The extra space has enabled us to purchase additional Amada equipment and open our own CNC Machine shop.

Such has been the growth in demand in recent years that our existing laser machine was becoming swamped. In 2009 we were the first company in the UK to invest in the new Amada F1 and Automated Aslul Tower Loading combination. We can now process sheet from 0.5mm up to 10mm thick although 2-3mm is typical on a daily basis.

To reduce customer costs we also purchased our own Nitrogen generation system, capable of holding nitrogen at 300 bar capacity.

As a company we understand there is no point in having the best machinery unless they are manned by the best staff. We are committed to the ongoing training of our staff and Apprenticeship training scheme.

We have a broad customer base which covers, MOD work, lighting, signage, motor vehicles, disabled access and many more. We pride ourselves in our approachable and helpful manner to assist customers in designing a more cost effective product.
